Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
Gift cards, discounts, and opened products are non-returnable. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide a prepaid Return Shipping Label for you to print and attach to the package. Once mailed, please inform us at contact@pawpety.com so we can track the return. Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.
Please do not send your purchase to our listed address or return it without a provided Return Shipping Label.

Once your return is shipped using the provided label, you must contact us for verification. Upon approval, we will process the refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 4-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only the amount paid for sale items can be refunded.
